To contact us please send us an email from your favourite email system explaining what your comment or question is.  It will be very helpful if you can include your name and any other contact details in your message, such as your BMFA number or your BMFC number.

If you are reporting an incident at the flying site, please include the date and time of the event.

If you require a reply then you must give us your name. We will not respond to anonymous comments, although we will read them.

If you want an immediate reply then please add a phone number in your comment.

Send an email message to: BMFCchairman@aol.com   This link requires a correctly set up email account on your computer.  If you don’t have such a set up then please create a new email message and copy (or type) this email id into the “send to” field of the message.

Anonymous contact

If you wish to let us know something but prefer to remain anonymous, then please send a message but do not tell us your name.  You may wish to say why you want to be anonymous.

Anonymous reports are for information which may be helpful to the running of the airfield, but you do not wish to be identified as the author.  This can be very helpful to us in combating behaviour and discipline problems.

Historical note

This website used to support a “Comment Form” for this type of response.  However, in common with many other websites using the same technique this facility has been misused by malevolent people sending “spam”.  The system was protected by the Google V1 Captcha interface, but Google has withdrawn that facility from April 2018 onwards.  Our server providers have no plan to upgrade to a superior anti-spam system for Comment forms, and therefore we have no alternative but to withdraw this service, for which we apologise.

Anonymous reports are for information which may be helpful to the running of the airfield, but you do not wish to be identified as the author.  This can be very helpful to us in combating behaviour and discipline problems.
